Let's Play the "What Do We Have Here?" Game with YP Coordination!
Last Friday evening, YP Coordination had a blast mixing work with pleasure in a fun collaboration! Occupational Therapist Halie Snodgrass from Yorke Peninsula Occupational Therapy (YPOT) and Premier Mobility Owner Austin McDonald joined forces with Ali from YP Coordination for an evening filled with education and laughter. (Fallon couldn’t make this night but will join in next time!) We played a game called “What Do We Have Here?” to highlight some useful low cost Assistive Technology items. We often hear people say “I had no idea that even existed!”

At YP Coordination, we live by the motto of "Community Over Competition." We're passionate about partnering with other service providers to bring valuable information to NDIS participants and their guardians, helping to enhance the lives of individuals living with disabilities.
From electric bottle openers to toe washers and wipers, and even knife-proof gloves, simple yet ingenious low-cost assistive technology items can make a world of difference in everyday tasks. These items are especially helpful for those who may experience challenges with strength, mobility, or flexibility.
One standout item we recently discovered during a training session hosted by MS Society SA and NT is a neck cooling fan! Perfect for those hot days when heat becomes a challenge, this innovative gadget could be a game-changer for many individuals.
YP Coordination is committed to shining a spotlight on resources, NDIS services, and suppliers right here on the Yorke Peninsula. Each plays a vital role in supporting NDIS participants on their journey towards achieving their goals.
Stay tuned for more exciting collaborations, helpful tips, and uplifting stories from YP Coordination! Together, we're making a difference, one partnership at a time.
