Meet Ali 

With over 10 years of hands-on experience, you will be connected to the supports that sculpt your brightest future. Ali brings a perspective that is shaped through working directly with individuals with disabilities, is focused on accessibility, equity, equality, and your ultimate choice and control.

Ali lives on a family farm in Bute with her husband and daughter and has a passion for health and wellbeing.  On a day off, you will find Ali exploring the Yorke Peninsula with her family; going for a stand-up paddle board at the beach or curled up with a good book on her home verandah!

If you want a Support Coordinator with a rich tapestry of experience woven through lived experiences, support coordination expertise, and 12 years working in government health then Fallon brings a unique blend of insight, understanding, and proficiency to elevate your NDIS journey.

Fallon lives in Wallaroo with her husband and 2 daughters and has a passion for cooking and is looking forward to sharing this skill set with you! On a day off, you will find Fallon at a yoga class; making sushi with her daughters, or taking in a movie!

  • Either through:  

    • NDIS Support Coordination – your NDIS plan will need to include a Support Coordination category of funding (under the Capacity Building heading), and also be listed as plan managed or self-managed.

    OR

    • Attending our inclusive and social workshops

  • No, we are currently not registered as a “registered NDIS Provider”. This is a significant process with NDIS however it is something we aim to work towards. In the meantime, this means that we are not able to provide Support Coordination services to NDIS participants with ‘AGENCY’ managed Support Coordination funding. Only NDIs participants that are “plan managed” or “self managed”.

  • Yes! Anyone can attend our workshops. At YP Coordination inclusivity is at the heart of what we do. Our events are crafted to ensure everyone irrespective of disability or not, feels welcomed, valued and ready to join in the fun!
