Our Team
Ali and Fallon initiated YP Coordination in response to a growing need on the Yorke Peninsula. The company mission extends beyond providing NDIS Support coordination services; YP Coordination is deeply committed to creating an inclusive environment where individuals with disabilities can thrive, form genuine bonds, and establish lasting connections within the community.
YP Coordination intends to offer a diverse range of bookable workshops and tourism experiences. While these events are designed to cater to the broader community, they must be also accessible and inclusive for individuals with disabilities.

YP Coordination are able to provide NDIS Support Coordination services and one on one coaching services to NDIS participants with NDIS Plans that are plan managed or self managed. Complete the referral form and we will be in touch with you ASAP.

No, we are currently not registered as a “registered NDIS Provider”. This is a significant process with NDIS however it is something we aim to work towards. In the meantime, this means that we are not able to provide Support Coordination services to NDIS participants with ‘AGENCY’ managed Support Coordination funding. Only NDIS participants that are “plan managed” or “self managed”.
