Women In Business

After only 2 weeks in business, YP Coordination feel it is crystal clear that there are some AMAZING women in business on the Yorke Peninsula. So far, YP Coordination have been welcomed with open arms, and every day new businesses are reaching out to us to meet up, show their support and offer to collaborate in some way. THIS MAKES OUR HEART SING!

From Ballara Retreat in Warooka, Southern Yorke Services on the bottom of the YP, Regional Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapist companies OT2U, ActivOT, YPOT, Stacey Keating Fitness in Ardrossan to Hair On Hallett and Selena hairdressers and Jean and Andy Skincare – one thing is in common! These businesses are all run by women.  It is uplifting to have such inspiring and joyful conversations with these business women who have shared their business tips, ideas and just genuine love for the communities that they serve with us.

One business that we are incredibly excited to be collaborating with is Ballara Retreat. The owner of the beautifully restored heritage home and business in Warooka Stephanie and her team host Airbnb guests, as well as running regular inclusive art classes each term for all ages in a standalone barn. They also host an array of interesting and creative workshops on their gorgeous property, AND Sunday sessions in their back yard every Sunday which is really building a reputation for great music and a relaxed and social atmosphere. We are very excited to be working on a collaboration with these wonderful women – so stay tuned for a future event - Day Trip to Southern Yorkes! 

YP Coordination’s calendar is quickly filling up with fun, inclusive and social events – with many amazing collaborations with these women in business to come!! We are only 2 weeks into business – very excited to think about the year ahead for YP Coordination and our community on the Yorke Peninsula.
